Terms and Conditions : Cashback

1. This offer entitles the end user cashback on their Bank Account Or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card.

2. Any consumer purchasing promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Voucher inside the pack. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the Voucher (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).

3. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, the participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).

4. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.

5. The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account Number etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.

6. The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, Payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.

7. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or its partner agency be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption request not being honoured by Payment processing partner

8. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 20

9. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru.

10. The payment processing partner reserve the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The cashback processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity.

Terms and Conditions: Contest

1. These terms and conditions apply to the "Parle Mazelo Fruit Gang" program for customers (hereinafter referred to as Contest") sponsored and launched by Parle Products Pvt. Ltd, wherein customers of Parle Mazelo can participate by scanning a QR Code printed on the specially marked promo packs of Parle Hide & Seek range of products.

2. The contest is valid PAN India with the exception of the state of Tamil Nadu from 05/09/2024 to 15/11/2024 (hereinafter referred as "Contest Period").

3. During the Contest Period:

• 60 winners will be selected to win INR 500 Shopping Voucher

• 01 winners will be selected to win a Laptop

How to Participate:

1. Scan the QR code or visit mazelofruitgangpromo.com

2. Customer will be asked to complete their registration by entering the unique code printed inside the pack, along with their name, email ID, mobile number, and consent to T&Cs.

3. Upon submitting the details, the customers will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number. Customers will need to submit the OTP to authenticate their mobile number.

4. Once the customer successfully completes their registration, they will stand a chance to win exciting rewards.

Winner Selection:

1. Any participant can win a max of 1 (one) INR 500 Shopping Voucher or Laptop during the contest period from a mobile number, email ID, address, or household.

2. From the Valid Entries received, the Organizer will select 61 winners who will win Prizes throughout the Promotion Period (“Winners”)

3. Winners will be selected by the Organizers using randomizer software irrespective of the time of the entry.

4. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Parle Products Pvt. Ltd

Contacting Winners:

1. Once the Winners are selected, they will receive a Call/SMS confirming that they have won a reward with further instructions on how to redeem it.

2. No prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the contest is not factually correct.

3. In the event of death of the Confirmed Winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Confirmed Winner shall be entertained for receiving the prize.
