The company should give us ₹50 Paytm cash instead of 5 liters of petrol. I have earned more than a 10-liter voucher during the time of IPL but could not redeem a single penny. I am from Odisha and I have tried nearly 20 petrol pumps, but no one agrees to redeem it. Some official petrol pumps tried, but they failed. Some replied to me with machine issues or Wi-Fi problems. After generating the voucher, its validity is just one day. I have also emailed and tweeted IOCL, but they did not respond. It's very risky to redeem 5 liters because if you redeem ₹2000, you can use a ₹500 coupon code and pay ₹1500. The voucher code is valid for just one day with slot booking.
