My 10k transaction for SBI CC is showing paid since 12th Nov, but hasn't been credited to my CC.

I contacted their support and they said it's been processed by their end, but after re-opening the ticket they said they are looking into it.

Has anyone faced such an issue with them? What else can I do here? They provided merchant transaction id, can I contact BBPS for this issue as Park+ support is really slow?
