So you denied stay in the midnight.. Customer care are pathetic.. Forget about night.. They won’t respond in day time and simply say.. We will just initiate refund.. And you will be on yourself to look for hotel..
The thing like “check in denied” or “check in delayed” shouldn’t even exists..
Choose non oyo hotels and you will never be any kind of trouble..
Always confirm Oyo bookings before going to property,by contacting on numbers which are on google maps or google, if they say we will not allow check-in contact Oyo cc they will provide check-in to another Oyo or resolve issue with same.
What if all oyo’s deny check-in’s respectively?so that one can roam around whole india and finally end up with loads of fuel bill and no room in oyo 😄.
U can get reimbursement for that bt u hv to force them (they hv provision) to do so hv to escalate & follow up n all…😄😄

Who books a hotel for being denied room, so that he can ‘enjoy’ the ‘100% refund’ offer?!

I dont understand why the hotels accept/link up with Oyo etc if they dont want to accept the bookings, or if they have to deny the check in. How can they deny checkins after hvaing accepted the booking? Anybody knows why do they do this?
I asked same question to one property owner he said He already deregistered on Oyo but still getting bookings..

Services are very poor in Oyo properties. Oyo management should look into this.

Unless you book super cheap hotels or ‘Spot On’ hotels, you won’t face many issues, at least that’s been my experience. I almost always book Oyo rooms but I try to book at least Oyo Flagship. I’ve almost never had to pay more than 600-700 per night for double bed AC rooms with WiFi. As someone who loves travelling, Oyo has been a real money saver for me.
At times they haven’t even refunded after promising. Customer service is pathetic! But good prices/offers (beggars can’t be choosers)

And also refunded if you faced any big issue.
In Small issue they will not give us refund.
