Was able to connect with customer support somehow but this stupid cc wasn't able to understand anything saying things like you need to activate the offer first, you will receive points after the offer ended. Finally she raised a ticket let's see what happens now

I had Complained, then got call from CS they told that there was some some technical issues so it was not tracking & told if transaction is eligible then we will get points on mentioned date, no problem will be there. But I said how will I prove that I should get coins if tracker doesn't show complete, so they sent me email stating if my transaction is eligible I will get points irrespective of the error.
Somewhat not satisfied but still ok, will get to know if I receive coins on mentioned date

It may not be possible to manually change the trackers for all previous untracked transactions, due to the high volume of untracked transactions. However customer care has acknowledged the problem and will most likely process the rewards on the last date.
