They never listen neither they unblock the account, They became very strict due to abuse of their policy .

Well I can imagine the same. Last time we forgot a mobile in their cab and the driver took it. Ola clearly said that the driver didn’t take. Well what to say about the employees when Ola’s founder never listens to the people.

Edit: When I call on that no the driver picks it up and says do what you can do.
