Recently i ordered food and order was accepted by the restaurant but later after half an hour i rcvd 9rder cancel alert stating no zomato executive reached to pick up the order…. And they refunded my money.. (im already a gold member). Any1 suggest if i can ask for compensation for this… …
Chor hai zomato ,we received missing item from restaurant ,but they have not refunded us for missing item nor gave rs 125 zomato credit or coupon as promised on telephonic conversation by zomato team,cheaters fraud

Zomato back end service is worse! Swiggy is good after order queries, more times they provide coupons
