84.6% petroleum product?
https://sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0278691507003286 found that hydrocarbons from mineral oil could be retrieved from body fat and breast milk.
I am unclear if they were there due to inhalation / polluted air, food or cosmetic products.
Damaged skin can lead to petroleum oil/ paraffin entering the bloodstream, but otherwise it does not penetrate through the skin. (It mostly stays on the skin, sometimes clogging it.)
I am not saying that plant based oils are all saints.
Vegetable oils too have their cons.

Speaking of vegetable oil, they have not explicitly stated which vegetable/ plant's oil was used as the base. (Palm is cheaper, even now).
The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) classifies tertiary butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ) as an environmentally hazardous material.

the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard considers tertiary butyl hydro quinone "hazardous"

1,4-bis(p-tolylamino)anthraquinone is a synthetic agent used for green colouring.
Since petroleum products like the ones primarily used in THIS product are colourless, something other than the "mineral" oil needs to give it the green colour.
this CI 61565 (the GREEN colour) as per the Merck-Aldrich "safety data sheet" (SDS) https://sigmaaldrich.com/GB/en/product/sial/211982 is a strong eye irritant and skin irritant.
«1-((4-Phenylazo)phenylazo)-2-naphth» or colour index number 26100 finds a glorious mention https://ec.europa.eu/docsroom/documents/13209/attachments/1/translations/en/renditions/pdf in the list of items which the EU has in the past, prohibited from being used in some of the hair products sold within the E.U. nations.
Infact Colour Index number 61565 and C.I. number 12740 too, at various points, have had issues, restrictions, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) advisories brought to the notice of the general public, in some of the regions/markets where human life has even slightly more value than a used toilet paper.

For now, I am not voting on this topic.
The primary purpose of highlighting these details is/was to let the consumers, desidime visitors be better informed, if not already aware.
Use of mineral oils (petroleum products, fossil fuels) is very common in baby oils too!
