Not related to this product, or seller. In my case also, Flipkart blocked by citing all blatant lies. No redressal mechanism as there is no scaling up procedure. Flipkart blocked my account as I complained that the seller did not sent the promised tool to make it work. Although it is more than five years now, I still feel very raw about this incident even today. I feel If they cannot really address the issue, their preferred route is "blocking". Sorry to know you also got the same resolution.
