I personally visit to MIVI Service centre they denied to give service, they are having rules to provide service, direct walkin not allowed, first step is customer have to send mail to service centre, upon receiving response we have to courier the product on the mentioned address and then after we have to wait for 15 days of time to get response via email, then i denied to proceed with their fucking rules and stopped purchasing products from this brand...
Mivi products are not good. Brought similar duopods one year back. One side stopped working just after 1 year.
Paid more money and brought realme. And they are worth it. Noise, Mivi both didn't last more than 1 year
Mivi is worst brand to have it. Personal experience with three wireless pods and even with neck band.
Every damn pods are newly launched in mivi! Check amazon for MIVI I5 even that's newly launched.. it's good for people to use one time.. but no one talks about service how they offer when there's some issue
