Also can it be used to buy petrol through HP pay like ICICI fastag?

On Amazon app it shows active. But on etoll app of icici it shows account frozen. Has anyone passed a toll plaza with this tag?

Avoid this useless bank fastag. Incase of issues you'll never be able to contact customer care. Amazon linked one is having so many issues. I applied 4 days back on 23rd March ,  there is no details on dispatch , not even sms has been sent. I contacted Amazon helpdesk only to know it's been dispatched on same day but no tracking details available with them. I am trying to reach ICICI as I haven't got the tag on the promised date. But not able to connect. Amazon also doesn't care much. Asked to speak to ICICI Bank on this issue..

Amazon is also irresponsible on this issue. 

Strictly avoid this fastag. 

You'll never get support from Amazon or ICICI.

Till date no one confirmed it worked in a toll.

Etoll app shows its frozen can't recharge the tag from imobile or etoll.

I am filing consumer complaint on icici and Amazon for cheating me.

What does 1% cashback mean here? Is the whole Amazon Pay balance (money+GCs) considered for toll payments?
