I advice the dimmers who ordered(waiting long for shipment) with prepaid by seeing earlier threads…..book ticket in payubiz…….you will get money refund very fast…( I did… pay u reversed my money)
please note ..this web do not have customer support…..in any way….
force you to pay 100 extra for digital prescription.

before online order ….. check this…..
1. proscription date…. current date….
2. Doctor reg no….. should be there…..also name and address. (If you have Govt hospital prescription do not order)
3. Medicine name clear ..better capitals……. generics can not order(do not believe their ads or display in web)……. you have to order same medicine in prescription
4. Rx……. compulsory
5. Doctor signature in full….no initials….
6. it should be letter head… not plain paper ……..

I had ordered 2 days prior using the same coupon code. Items are not shipped yet. I called the customer care today and they mentioned I will get the orders within 15 working days.

It seems highly unlikely that I will get the order anytime soon.

Careful, check discount once by calculating yourself..

I selected products in cart and was giving me around 5% discount, but after applying this code I got total 7%

Carefully calculating for each one, got that only prescribed medicine got 20% and rest all(includes pediasure, toothpaste, chyavanprash, etc) got 5% only….

They’re damn slow..

Online chat doesn’t work most of the time..They don’t pick the call..

If you order say 3 medicine they’ll cancel 1-2 without notifying you and send the rest.. (This is bad as they charge 49rs. for order below 1000rs. so if you use coupon and then order it would still be cheaper than the shop but if they cancel 1-2 medicine from your order then it would become same or costlier than the shop)

Avoid if you need medicine on urgent or max in a week..

netmeds are very bad in customer service. they purposely reject our prescriptions again and again stating stupid reasons and force us to buy digital prescription from Insta Doc for Rs. 100. I scolded them for this and then they accepted my prescription. Now my order is confirmed but still they haven’t yet shipped my order. I placed my order 5 days back

I work for hospitals( my daughter is MBBS student works at Govt hospital) have sent three times correct prescriptions as per their request.. their remark on prescription is invalid -duplicate order? No doctor signature(NO doctor proscribes medicines with out Rx and signature). order medicine is not in prescription…..
they behave strangely……make customers fools …..they Make you to cancel order with frustration.
I advise who want order do not fall for FPD-Vu`s

I am a Doctor and I buy meds for my Dad but mention in my own prescription as for Self and I have no problems.Have made 7 orders with them till now.
So buy meds in ur daughters name.They can’t reject a Doctor’s own prescription and any pharmacist dare to.

Why should buy from online when medicines are very crucial for life when they do not supply at right time.. Spending extra money then risking life is always better.
Most large pharmacies gives 10% discount..
Give better assistance..
Less chances of wrong medicines as names of Medicines more similar.
Provide instant credit on return..
