- performance whey (cheap option)
- Isolate (Costly)
2. Optimum nutrition gold whey
3. My protein impact whey or Isolate
- has many flavors (can suggest the best ones) and prices are cheaper compared to Optimum nutrition

I am using these brands, results are good and not facing any issues.
Another cheaper option is Amul protein buttermilk, lassi. 15g protein for 25 rupees.
