After clicking on pay with rewards the only option which shows for me is this .... no place to enter any coupon or anything
Select it,you will get an OTP,verify and proceed,& it will take you to final payment page where you can apply coupons.
You are lucky having 3 different coupons in one account. We generally get one code.

If I recharge 1559 one year 5G plan and Jio wirhdraw 5G trial in the middle of my 1559 plan, will the 5G trial activated plan continue till my expiry one year or will it stop in the middle?

During recharge in Jio, use pay with rewards option, a coupon code will show in coupon sections, choose the max. Cashback coupon, the cashback will be credited within 7days after recharge.
Then u can use it anywhere twid pay is applicable (most jio platforms) during checkout.
In short, to get cashback, 2 purchase reqd.
