Whoever wishes to avail the offer can download the ‘BEST Chalo App’ and find the offer in the ‘Bus Pass’ section of the app. They can select the ‘Diwali Offer’, enter their details, and make an online payment of Rs 9 via UPI, debit or credit card, net banking, etc to purchase the plan.

Agree on the timely arrival part you mentioned @Loaferg but that's more on the Mumbai BEST organization and the government to improvise on. But, ya would be great if they actually do it.

Yes, it is acceptable @issu When the ticket conductor would ask you for your ticket, you would simply have to scan your ticket's QR Code on his machine.

Best run in loss and this scheme .
Good ..but more buses with timely arrivals at stops will more benefit.
