Different use cases. MSI is more for business work (excel etc where you can rotate the monitor 90 degrees so its vertical) whereas Nitro is for gaming.

Is it really a good deal?
Only 60Hz refresh rate for full HD!
Better go for Acer Nitro, you will get 180Hz with speakers, IPS, etc and cheaper than MSI. https://www.flipkart.com/acer-nitro-68-58-cm-27.... The only drawback - its not height adjustable.
