Anybody who has purchased this phone .. kindly confirm whether it is reflecting under “recent orders” in your online account or not.
As its not visible even on my orders page.

same issue for me too

but good thing is , called CC representative.He said "order is successfully registered, it takes a day to generate an invoice with an order no .so it will be done by evening "

I purchased this on Thursday evening, today checked i don’t see anything reflecting under order no for me. Called the customer care and raised a complaint, they said it must be an application issue. They captured all my details and said would update the details by evening. Also dropped an email to their customer support address requesting an update on order status.

They are not even responding to mails sent to them 3-4 days back..but my credit card got charged…:evil:

My friend had ordered this phone, and his is shipped by Bluedart! Mostly will be received today.

If his, got shipped, then they should ship ours too. It does not make sense to honor the commitment for few customers and not for others.

mine shipped on 5th oct and may recive tomorow .

the phone is a real looker….. really happy with it…. works perfectly …..

No update yet. Mostly they will cancel my order…

Till now they have not confirmed my order and upon asking them daily today they said stock is not there
Site is not reliable as they don’t even care about customer facing so much problems.
Even after 5 days they have not worried about giving status to the customer and for refund also its a very painful process
But it was a good deal though

My friend received the phone. Very glossy, very much thumb print magnet. Screen is nice. Buttons are so HUGE. In fact, it is as long as Nokia 5233 when closed down, so it becomes L-O-N-G once you open it and hold it to your face. The animation after you close the clamshell is cool. Sound from loud speaker is good. Overall a good looker, but requires careful use. Worth every rupee of 2494

Guys whoever has ordered and didn’t got any confirmation please reply back.
I am calling customer care everyday and getting same response back saying “I will get a confirmation mail by today(EOD)”.
As usual, I am not getting any confirmation for order as well cancellation/refund.

yup i am aware of that buddy, that why i am asking for the Number so that can speak with him and try to get the product by any means rather than refund

calling CC is just waste of time .

i dropped them a email and also posted on facebook, just got a lousy response product is out of stock and you will get a refund. Useless people.
