Is it good to use for long term?
Have to send one washing machine to village for basic uses....last one samsung's 7kg did not last 2 yrs. Changed motherboard but failed again.
There even company's person for fitting didn't come. Now don't know situation if they send authorized technician.

Buy locally any good brand . like haier more service person would be there

One big advantage with local dealer is you can call them and have a technician come over if there are issues. It's a huge headache if the brand does not have a local service center
