Please enter all the details as mentioned there like Voucher no, Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Product Purchased, City of Purchase etc.

After filing all the details please click on the submit button. You will receive a SMS and e mail confirming the receipt of the details.

Rewardport will send an SMS of the authentication code instantly to the customer on their registered mobile number and e mail id.

The customer needs to visit the web site again and go to the claim page and enter the OTP and select the mode in which the cash back is required. It would be either Paytm wallet / UPI ID and click on the submit button.

One customer can claim 1 codes per mobile / Email ID per month. During the course of the offer the customer can claim up to 6 codes In case the details as submitted are more than 1 redemptions in a month, the claim will be not be accepted by the web site rejected and no further claim will be accepted.

Voucher code as printed on the voucher can be used only once for getting the OTP. Mother Dairy Cheese shall not be responsible in case of the OTP being misused or failed or lost during transaction. No requests or demands or claims will be entertained.

This Promotional Offer entitles the customer with cash credited in Paytm wallet/UPI / Amazon-pay linked bank account. The value of cash will be 75/-.The amount will be credited in the respective wallet as per the code received on the voucher. Customers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cash voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner end.

The cashback cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated after expiry date.

Maximum 1 voucher per month will be accepted and can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID, Paytm/UPI wallet and IP address. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Mother Dairy Cheese and Rewardport promoters, retailers, employee, Distributors or any other channel partner.

The Cash amount will be credited within 48 hours, but in case of Public holiday and weekend the amount will be credited on the next working day.

The details of Paytm wallet ID and UPI linked back account have to be entered by the customer themselves. If the customer enter incorrect Paytm wallet ID/UPI Linked bank account details, the OTP will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised.

Once customer selects the choice of receipt of payment i.e. either Paytm/UPI Voucher it cannot be modified.

If the OTP is lost, misplaced or stolen, a new OTP will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate OTP will not be issued.

U B, Rewardport or Paytm/UPI/Amazon shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the OTP, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.

Paytm/UPI/Amazon voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.

Each OTP is strictly a one-time usage code.

The decision of Mother Dairy Cheese or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt Ltd and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.

The cash back cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.

The use of Paytm/Amazon Pay/UPI name in these terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of Paytm/Amazon Pay/UPI in Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt Ltd. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between U B and Paytm/Amazon Pay/UPI Voucher, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.

This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any dispute, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

All applicable government levies, including GST, income tax etc. in connection with the grant of the credits will be borne and payable by the Customers (if applicable).
