Terms and Conditions for Mother Dairy Pvt. Ltd. Bread Super Toast Offer

1. Program Details, Concept and Participation:
   1. These terms and conditions apply to Mother Dairy Pvt. Ltd. Bread Super Toast Offer for voluntary participation of consumers, sponsored and launched by Mother Dairy having its registered office at MOTHER DAIRY FRUIT & VEGETABLE PVT LTD., 'MOTHER DAIRY', PATPARGANJ, DELHI, East (Delhi), - 110092 (India Pine Labs, having its office at No. 111, 1st floor, “Brigade Manae Court”, Industrial Layout, Koramangala 5th Block, Bangalore 560095 (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”) wherein consumers can participate by sending an SMS of the 12 digit alphanumeric Lot No. (herein referred to as the “Code”)printed on the pack of selected packs of Mother Dairy Pvt. Ltd. Breads (Here in after referred to as the “Consumer Benefit Program Pack”).
   2. The Program is valid only in India from 24th November 2023 to 23rd December 2023 (herein after referred as "Program Period"). The Program is not valid in the State of Tamil Nadu. The Program is open to Citizens of India only.
   3. During the Program Amazon or Paytm or UPI reward (cashback of Rs. 25) shall be awarded to winners who will be selected for every minute in a day for 8 hours. A total of 480 such winners will be drawn every day, one for each minute of the 8-hour Program period. Every hour 1 winner will be selected who will get Amazon voucher worth Rs. 300. Also, every day 1 winner will win a branded toaster during the program period.
   4. The Program period starts from 24th November 2023 and shall be valid till 23rd December 2023. During 6.30 AM – 10.30 am & 5 PM – 9 PM. If the customer has bought a pack before 24th November 2023, then customer will not be eligible for participation in the Program until the start of Program Period 23rd December 2023. All participation prior to the Program Period and after the end date of the Program Period will be considered as ineligible.
   5. The Program is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
   6. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Program shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants".
   7. Regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
   8. Mother Dairy Pvt. Ltd./ its Agency reserves right to cancel / amend / extend the Program Period without giving any notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
   9. For clarity the Offer herein is being provided by Agency in collaboration with Mother Dairy Pvt. Ltd., however, the responsibility of any reward to the Eligible Customer who redeems the Offer will be the sole responsibility of the Agency and Mother Dairy Pvt. Ltd. does not promises any reward and will not be responsible if the Agency fails to provide any reward to winners.
