Mobikwik increased FULLPAY cashback from 25 to 50. I think people stopped using it after they decreased it to 25.

Mobikwik did not give cb of rs. 75 last month for paying cc bill payment. Raised complained thru help section, called customer care shared screenshot and cc statement even after they said that I have not applied promocode. What to do now?
There should be some escalation mail id, try to find it & mail them.

1. Mobikwik should have read your mail or message for cc statement
2. You have to pay full amount
3. It should be paid before due date
How much does mobikwik take to reflect credit card payment
HDFC, AMEX, IDFC -> instant message comes
BOB, AXIS, IndusInd, ICICI -> 2 working days
Not sure of other banks.
