I guess no.
I tried to do onecard payment just now and after entering pin for UPI payment, the MobiKwik icon kept spinning for 1 min and finally an error message was shown saying "Sorry, your request could not be processed. Please try again". No money was debited from the bank account either.
Looks like Cheq and OneCard app are the only two ways left to make OneCard payments. 😢
