You paid via dc or upi?
I did 5k bob cc bill payment. Applied code and paid thought indusind dc. 4 days passed cb not received. Already escalated to care.
Does this offer not eligible for dc txns? Or I am missing something?

This is what they replied last month also and this month too via in app support, any coupon used they r denying cb. If its auto credited then only it is safe now, else avoid any coupon.

I tried BOBCCBP on non-BOB CC again with upi as mode of payment and got 75 CB almost immediately.
First attempt was with Rupay debit card y’day, for which I didn’t get CB.
@abhishek012 I think you had shared some escalation email id of rupay team long time back. Will that work?
Mobikwik Support is denying cashback saying u got cb as per coupon applied and 2 offers can’t be combined😅.
I have used ccpay coupon along with rupay. Escalated in twitter and got this reply

I’m not able to pay using Bank of India rupay card, everytime payment is failing. Earlier it used to work. Does anyone have any idea regarding this?
Try again or after sometime, mobikwik use multiple payment gateways to accept more specific cards.

After 1 week of escalation got ₹100 today, and the reason is I already received 50 cashback so they are just clearly denying to credit the Rupay cashback as I already used a coupon and cashback ia credited.
BTW it’s funny that they (nodal officer) finds the transaction as failed even the same is successful and same has been credited to card too still they are saying that the transaction is cancelled that’s why cashback is not credited after sending them screenshot of transaction and threat to raise a complaint at RBI portal they credited the cashback on second e-mail 🤣🤣
