Never buy any Midea product. Zero post sales service. In case your product fails, no spares, no satisfactory solution, endless wait for service completion. Hopeless.

My Midea Dishwasher developed an issue. Service request was raised on 09 OCT 2024. On 11 OCT, the service personnel came, and told that two parts were required to be replaced. An OK was given and visit charges were paid.

Waiting since then for the dishwasher to be serviced. Have contacted Midea over phone and through email, but no developments, pathetic. It is a Chinese company and that quality gets reflected in the product and after sales service not withstanding Carrier being the local partner.

My advise as an actual user, STAY AWAY from Midea products if one wants peace of mind.
