Does it have copper wire?

It probably has aluminium winding but remember TF is a static device. Efficiency of TF is between 95-98% mostly. Resistivity of Aluminum is roughly 1.6 times that of copper. For a load of 8A (maximum for most ACs), it makes a difference of only 10Watts approximately.
Many companies are selling useless stabilizers in the name of Copper winding. "monitor" is one such company.

Using 3 of them. This stabilizer is a beast. Digital display is accurate and pleasing. Bang for bucks. Nowadays rarely comes below 2k.
