Did they reduce the daily points from 10 to 1? I was in level 2 the whole of November but fell to level 1 in December and now I can see the points are devalued to only 1

once redeemed a lot of amazon gift card from there they used to give like 500 amazon gv per month then they banned me, reduce points and offers and unbanned me 😗
