by the way, @jahangirnoorjahan917235 if you got the kind of ToA GC you mention, then you were anyway not connected to a phase 1 or phase 2 person. so did you get the call escalated to the next level/s or was by chance your call auto-connected/ landed on the escalations desk. [the latter often happens if an account holder has contacted beyond a threshold (N number of times) from their phone numbers (ones which are added in order book) for the same contact id (cs-reply+Contact_id) or order]

or if on chats, did you quote the number (i wonder) and they said okay. (this is doubtful).

anyway, thanks for updating others on your experience. hope you are capable of weighing what is within reasonable limits and what isn’t. Not trying to preach here, but often good things come to a sad end .. when bad things happen to them. [Amazon policy deviations = good things]

Yes sure. I have mentioned my couple of cancelled orders (Famous Moto g3 deal, Alphonso juice @ Rs. 1 & couple of other orders) along with this one. I have asked why there are so much cancellations on my account? and it works for me.

Note :

1, Please be patient while chat with customer support
2, Never ever use rude words with them(since it is not amazon fulfilled we can’t argue with them.)
3, Never ask compensation just mention your complaints and make them give compensation.
