Good move
I always used netbanking earlier and now jio wallet to save charges. For me nothing new here.
@srigem81 – Thanks for info. I didnt know it. I was using HDFC bank Register and Pay option to pay the LIC premium where i was charged only Rs 11 extra for payment through CC but used to get back Rs 150 cashback. LIC website used to charge approx Rs 38-42 earlier for payments through CC.
I only had to pay Service tax .. I don’t had to pay any such services charges
It’s till 31st March only…
No its still free…no charges on any credit cards!!
My idbi card/netbanking isn’t allowing payments over 50k and I need to pay a premium of 51k. What payment options I got? Can I pay it in cash as I haven’t received my new cheque book?
You can check may be you fixed daily mac limit transaction
@Nigel pls move the post in dost and dimes section…
Well, I was charged the convenience charges last month (26 or 27th Feb) when I paid my annual premium using SCB card.
Some 100+ RS for 25k.
Used the Scb card coz of 5x reward points
But, now there are no charges. Not sure when they started it.. will update details here if I find it. Thanks.
vu + kg for update
Bro, it was very old one started by my father (think its Jeevan Anand).. and so no I’m paying (premium) for it
I think, “Jeevan Saral’ is good option but need to have patience for paying premiums for good returns ”https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor..." alt=“smile” border=“0”/>
