Never ever buy any product which is flipkart's own brand. It can be checked from product listing, if warranty service is by jeeves, it is a flipkart product, if service email is service.BRAND [email protected], it is a flipkart product.
During warranty, if an issue arises, forget about any service. I had purchased a Masterchef Electric Kettle in JUNE 2024, it failed in OCT 2024. Was advised to visit jeeves service center which raised a return request with a promise that it will be reverse picked-up with a replacement. It never happened. On continuous follow-up with flipkart, was promised pickup by 01 NOV 2024 and refund by 05 NOV 2024. Still waiting any development.
It is headache to deal with flipkart service team (there is no service as such, team is staffed with good communicators, but incompetent/non-resourceful people).
