Steps to avail of the offer:

Step 1: Select ICICI Bank Net Banking as the payment option during checkout at any website or app

Step 2: Enter your user ID (Get User ID) and password (Get Password) to log in

Step 3: Enter your registered mobile number and OTP received. Enter your Debit Card PIN and confirm the login in request and proceed with payment

• “Alliance Partner” shall include Zomato Private Limited with whom ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) has valid and subsisting alliance agreements for the purposes of providing the Offer/s (defined below) mentioned herein.
• “Customer/s" shall mean a person who holds a savings account, or any other type of account/s, with ICICI Bank which is/are eligible for ICICI Bank internet banking services.
• “Offer/s” refers to issuance of Gift Vouchers by the Alliance Partners pursuant to the offers terms and conditions of the offers, as further described in these Terms.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from December 16 to December 31, 2020, both days inclusive.
• “Online Purchase” refers to making payment to purchase products/services available on third party merchant websites or applications.
• “Void Transactions” shall mean wherein the transaction/attempted transaction is either unsuccessful or has taken place but has been rejected/ cancelled/ been unsuccessful at any third party website.
• “Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s products and services, as available at www.icicibank.com, including that applicable on savings account and internet banking.
• “Website” for the Offer shall refer to www.zoma...om, and “mobile app” refers to the mobile application of the Alliance Partner.
• “Winner/s” shall mean the Customer/s meeting the eligibility criteria of the Offer, mentioned for each individual offer.
• “Secure Inbox” shall mean the inbox present in the logged in section of retail internet banking portal of the Customer.
• “Gift Voucher” refers to the redeemable vouchers issued by the respective Alliance Partner to the Winners for the amount specified in each Offer terms and conditions, redeemable only on the Website.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

• Offer is not valid on Void Transactions.

• A Customer can avail the Offer only once during the Offer Period.
• Minimum transaction amount is Rs500.

III. Other terms and conditions applicable on Offer:

• The Gift Voucher shall be of Rs.250.
• The Gift Voucher shall be applicable only once per Customer on the Website.
• The Gift Voucher will be valid up to 3 months from the date of communication of the gift voucher sent to the winners.

IV. How to redeem?

• Winners will receive communication from ICICI Bank with the unique Gift voucher codes via SMS on their mobile number or on their email ID registered with ICICI Bank or the Secure Inbox within 90 days of the date of the Online Purchase made during the Offer Period.
• Winners have to visit Website/app of zomato
• Place an order from a restaurant of the Customer’s choice
• On the payment page, the Customer shall click on the “Apply promo code”.
