As per my knowledge, there is no legal action that you can take against e-commerce for fulfilling your orders, legal action can be taken if they are not refunding the amount

As @undertaker007 stated, worked fine for him with the merchant name from main post, and the other merchant name i tried myself. Make sure to turn on spark before transacting. If you turned on spark and still did not get cashback, simply report to them and they will credit manually.
