Q2. Who is eligible for this offer?
Only the customers who see this offer and then make a recharge / bill payment transaction of minimum Rs. 35 between February 13, 2020 and February 29, 2020, will receive the unlocked movie booking offer via email (if you have a registered email account with Amazon) or SMS (if you have an account with only mobile number registered) with the offer details and a ‘Collect Offer’ option. You will also be able to see this offer on ‘Your Rewards’ section on Amazon.in App. Please follow the steps below to open this section: Open Amazon app → Select ‘Offers’ → Select ‘Your Rewards’ → Look for the movie booking offer.

Q3. How do I avail this offer?
Once you have unlocked the offer as explained above, please ‘Collect’ the offer and then continue to book your movie tickets. The cashback will be added to your Amazon Pay balance within 3 days of successfully completing the movie booking.

Q4. Is it mandatory to collect the offer?
Yes, you must collect the offer in order to be eligible for the cashback. You can collect the offer from the offers page. This page can be accessed from the offer unlock email or SMS that you have received after completing the recharge / bill payment transaction.

Q5. What is the offer period?
You must make the recharge or bill payment transaction of minimum Rs. 35 between February 13, 2020 and February 29, 2020 to unlock and collect the offer. Once you have collected the offer, you’ll have to book your movie tickets between February 13, 2020 and March 07, 2020 to avail the offer.

Q6. How many times can I avail the offer?
This offer is valid once per customer during the offer period.

Q7. How do I know that I have collected the offer?
Please go to ‘Your Rewards’ section to confirm collection of the offer. If you see ‘Order Now’ on the button, then you have collected the offer. If you see ‘Collect this offer’, then you haven’t collected it yet.

Q8. How and when will I receive the cashback?
The cashback will be provided to you within 3 business days of successfully completing the movie booking. Please check your Amazon Pay Statement (‘Your Transactions’) for confirmation. You’ll also receive the email and SMS confirmation for the same after the cashback has been issued.
Terms & Conditions
-The limited period promotional offer, namely Movies Offer – Unlocked via Recharge / Bill Payment (“Offer”) (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and is made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”) on the mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”). This Offer is in respect of the bookings of movie tickets on Amazon.in, which are made available on Amazon.in by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”).
- These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in and also in addition to the conditions applicable to booking of movie tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
- This Offer is valid from February 13, 2020 to March 7, 2020 (“Offer Period”), unless modified, extended or revoked by APIPL in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability.
- Any customer who sees this offer and then makes a recharge or bill payment transaction of minimum Rs. 35 between February 13, 2020 and February 29, 2020 on Amazon.in will receive an unlocked ‘collect only’ movie booking offer. The customer must ‘collect’ this offer and then book a movie ticket on Amazon.in during the Offer Period (“Movie Booking”) will be eligible to receive an amount equivalent to 50% of the Booking amount (inclusive of ticket fare and taxes), subject to a maximum of Rs 150.
- It is hereby clarified that such customer undertaking recharge or bill payment transaction on Amazon.in will only be eligible to receive the Benefit on his / her successful completion of the Movie Booking.
- The applicable amount of the Benefit will be provided to the customers in the form of Amazon Gift Card, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of the customer. The use and redemption of the gift card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.
- The cashback (under this Offer) will be provided to the customer within 3 business days of completion of the movie booking.
- It is hereby clarified that a customer can avail the Benefit only once during the Offer Period. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer available on Amazon.in.
- A customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback under this Offer if the Booking transaction is cancelled for any reason, by the customer or by the cinema. In cases where the customer is not eligible to receive the cashback, amount of cashback will be deducted from the Booking transaction amount, at the time of refund to the Customer, if cashback has been received by the customer. For the avoidance of doubts, it is clarified that the mode and manner of refund will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions set out at the time of Booking.
- APIPL reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
- An eligible customer will be eligible to receive the Benefit in accordance with these Offer Terms, only on successful payment for the Booking transaction.
- Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by APIPL and / or ASSPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.
- Under no circumstances, will the Benefit being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by APIPL and / or ASSPL.
- By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither Amazon nor any of their affiliates (including APIPL) will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer (including, without limitation with respect to the status, fulfilment of the cashback), including but not limited to that associated with the payment transaction made on Amazon.in to avail this Offer. The customer hereby release Amazon, APIPL and their affiliates from liability of any kind relating to the mentioned above.
- APIPL reserves the right to disqualify any eligible customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
- Any query / issue in relation to the Benefit under this Offer will be entertained by APIPL only during the Offer Period.
- The eligible customers are not bound in any way to participate in or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
