Their orders are not geting integrated to Domino’s. The order shows successful but the store has not recieved it. If Domino’s will recieve the order, it will send an SMS. Domino’s haven’t send any sms fornorder confirmation

Order auto cancelled with notification that rider is not available for delivery 
Didn’t get my order. It’s been close to 2 hours…. magicpin is showing that the retailer has accepted the order but when I call Domino’s, they are saying that they have not received any order. Can anyone suggest now how to get the refund of 10% money along with delivery charges and 90% of magicpin points from them? I have already dropped an email to them but not received any acknowledgement
You will get auto refunded once order gets cancelled. Wait for some time or you can write to them on Twitter for faster response.

Those whose order are pending raise issue through magicpin app report and issue option, as my order was also pending since 1 hour, now after raising issue thru app got response from magicpin that they are raising issue with dominos after that got sms from dominos regarding order confirmation
