This limited term promotional offer, namely LUX COZI Scan and Get COZI ki Guarantee ("Promotion") is provided to the Consumer by LUX Industries Ltd. ("Company") and is made available to the Consumer on the LUX COZI WhatsApp Account and corresponding website www.win.luxco...om ("Website"). The Promotion is for consumers who have purchased for self-use and not for any re-sale of the eligible LUX COZI products which have the QR Code printed (“Consumer”). The eligible LUX COZI products have to be purchased in the pack as it is sold and loose products are not eligible for the Promotion.
Consumer upon scanning the QR Code on the LUX COZI products (as defined hereinbelow) can participate in register on the Website and performing activities as provided post such registration, in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned herein. This Promotion will commence at 00:00:00 hrs Indian Standard Time (“IST”) on 1st June 2024 (“Start Date”) and will continue until 11:59:59 pm IST on 31st March 2025 (“End Date”). The Promotion Period may be extended / terminated by the Company at its sole discretion and without any prior notice.
The Promotion shall be valid for Consumer sale in India (“Promotion Territory”)
By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Persons (each a “Consumer”) accepts and agrees to abide by the Promotion Terms.
By registering with the Promotion through WhatsApp and accessing the Promotion, the Consumer are representing the following:
- a. The Consumer are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement and have paid the marked price for the eligible LUX COZI product;
- b. The Consumer are not barred or otherwise legally prohibited from entering into the Promotion;
- c. If the Consumer allow anyone to use the Consumer account, including individuals under 18 years of age, the Consumer will still be responsible for ensuring that such individuals comply with these Promotion Terms. The Consumer will be responsible for all actions these individuals take. The Consumer also acknowledge that Company does not have the responsibility of ensuring that the Consumer meet the aforesaid eligibility requirements.
- d. The Consumer have read and agree to the Promotion Terms before registering, accessing or using the Promotion offered through the LUX COZI WhatsApp Account.
- e. If the Consumer do not agree to these Promotion Terms or do not wish to be bound by these Promotion Terms, the Consumer may choose not to participate in the Promotion and/or immediately abstain from participating in the Promotion. Subject to the criteria of Promotion Territory, entry and participation in this Promotion is open to individuals who satisfy each of the following criteria (“Eligible Persons”):
- Consumer is neither engaged by Company as an employee, distributors, dealers, agents or retailers, nor related to the employees, distributors, dealers, agents or retailers of the Company.
- All participants applying for the promotional scheme need to be at least 18 years of age or above.
- f. The Consumer hereby agrees that he/she has read and understood the Privacy Policy mentioned on the Promotion Website and provides his/her unconditional consent to collection of his/her personal information namely Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Address and Location. The Consumer will receive the Promotional related details via message / WhatsApp / email message as per the information provided by the Consumer.
- g. The Promotion is not open to residents of states where such promotions are prohibited by law.
- h. Only products having QR code and participation by the consumer during the Promotion Period are eligible for Promotion.
- i. The Consumer has the requisite vehicular license at the time of participating in the Promotion.
The Consumer’s personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and other applicable data protection laws in India.

- 4. Consumer agrees to participate in this Promotion at their sole discretion.
- 1. These Promotion Terms are in addition to Company Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Policy to which the Consumer agree to by participating in the Promotion using LUX COZI Official WhatsApp Account.
- 2. By participating in the Promotion only make the Consumer is eligible to the benefits / rewards.
- 3. The amount of benefit / reward will be determined through an randomised automated process and may be dependent on certain attributes associated with the underlying transaction that the Consumer undertakes. The amount of benefit / reward will vary from Consumer to Consumer and no Consumer can claim any specific or minimum amount of benefit / reward in lieu or the transaction undertaken or received.
- 4. The benefit / reward that a particular Consumer receives through the Promotion is final and binding on such Consumer and the Consumer will not have any right or claim for a different benefit / reward for any reason whatsoever.
- 5. Once the 'Reward' is received, the Consumer may be required to perform certain additional actions or take certain steps in order to avail the benefits / rewards. The Consumer will automatically forfeit their claim to the benefit / reward if they do not perform such actions or take the steps, or do not comply with these Promotion Terms.
- 6. Under the Promotion, each QR code can be availed for reward only once and Consumer can avail this Promotion for maximum of five times during the Promotion Period subject to scanning of 5 unique QR codes from 5 unique eligible LUX COZI products.
- 7. The applicable benefit/reward will only be awarded directly to the concerned Consumer and is non-transferable. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefit/reward for cash or kind will be considered.
- 8. The participation of a Consumer will be deemed to be withdrawn from this Promotion if the purchase transaction: (a) is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever) by the Consumer or by Company or by other seller of the Product; or (b) is returned by the Consumer. In such cases, if benefit / reward has been received by the Consumer, amount of the benefit / reward will be deducted from the transaction amount, at the time of refund to the Consumer (if any).
- 9. The benefit / reward under this Promotion may be provided within 24 hours and may take up to 30 days from the time the reward is messaged to the Consumer, in some cases it may take longer to receive the Reward. The Company does not assume nor is liable for any delays experienced by the Consumer.
- 10. Company reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without any liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Promotion Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Promotion with any other offer, whether similar to this Promotion or not.
- 11. Company may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our/ its sole discretion, change the Promotion Terms or cancel the Promotion at any time; should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our reasonable control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Promotion Terms, Company and Company (entity operating Company) has a right to remove/ stop this Promotion from Company at any time in its sole discretion without any prior notice.
- 12. Company is not responsible for: (a) any error (including printing or typographical errors) associated with the Promotion; (b) injury or damage to the Consumer or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion; and/or (c) any other loss or damage that the Consumers may suffer as a result of availing this Promotion. (d) any technical issues, unauthorized human intervention, or any acts beyond the company's control.
- 13. Clubbing of offers and / or schemes and / or promotions is not allowed. In case a Consumer is eligible for any other benefit / reward under any other offer(s) in addition to this Promotion, such Consumer will be eligible to avail the benefit / reward only under one scheme or offer.
- 14. Each Consumer agrees to bear any taxes that might arise out of the benefits / rewards under this Promotion and shall not look to Company, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents for payment of the same and/or any dispute arising from the same. The Participants need to consult their own tax advisors to understand and meet their tax obligations.
- 15. Any query / issue in relation to the benefit / reward or this Promotion should be addressed to Company at Company Consumer Care during the Promotion Period. Post such date Company will not entertain any communication regarding this Promotion or benefit / reward from any person.
- 16. By availing this Promotion, every Consumer expressly agrees that Company or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Consumer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Promotion. Every Consumer agrees to release from liability, and hold harmless Company and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Company and its services for any matters in relation to this Promotion, including the benefit / reward provided by Company.
- 17. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Company to conduct further, similar or other offers.
- 18. Company reserves the right to disqualify a Consumer from the Promotion if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Promotion.
- 19. The image of the Prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/packages etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual Prize may vary from the depiction made.
- 20. Consumers are not bound in any way to participate in this Promotion. Any participation is voluntary. The Promotion is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- 21. Any person availing this Promotion will be deemed to have accepted the Promotion Terms.
- 22. There can be no changes to the results after scanning the QR codes.
- 23. If any Consumer has any grievance with respect to the Prize/ Reward, he/she may directly contact the concerned manufacturer. The company will not assume any liability or warranty claims pertaing to the same. Further, the consumer will have no right to request for change in make, model, color, specifications etc. of the Prize and the same shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
- 24. There will be no refund or exchange after the offer under the Promotion has been availed.
The use of any Intellectual Property Rights in relation to the Promotion, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and service marks, does not imply any license or transfer of such rights to the Consumer.
- • No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances shall be entertained by Company after 60 days from the date of the closure of the Promotion. The Consumer may get in touch at the helpline number at 080694 12121.
- • If a person chooses to access the Promotion Website from outside India, he/she shall do so on his/her own initiative and shall be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws of the country.
- • The operational part of the Promotion like redemption of prize & dispatches shall be managed by the Company.
- • Company accepts no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself, or third parties in relation to the rewards.
- • The Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to Consumer's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotion.
- • The Company, its directors, agents, distributors and retailers cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Prize(s) and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
- • Consumers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during participation. The Company is not responsible for any incorrect/ incomplete information provided by the Consumers.
- 1. The Consumer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the Consumer’s participation in the Promotion or violation of these Promotion Terms.
- 2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will COMPANY or any of its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents be liable for any loss or damages.
- 3. The liability of the Company in any circumstance shall be limited to the cost of purchase made by the Customer to enter into the Promotion.
The courts of competent jurisdiction at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion. The conditions of the Promotion are as per the governing laws of India.
