Steps to get:-

2) Click on Additional card
3) LTF HPCL card will be shown with joining and annual fees mentioned as NIL.
Please note that it'll be Digital only card and no Physical card will be sent. Can be converted to physical card later.

As per current info, yes. But no proof as of now.
Last time people got Snapdeal bob digital card. After some time, there was an option to convert it to physical card at one time fee of Rs100+gst.
So similar thing is expected here.

HP pay app no credit card option, only bank account option
I paid today using credit card on HP Pay.
Go to scan QR, scan the "HP Pay" code at petrol pump (not the upi code).
Enter amount, chose credit card, chose payment gateway, enter card details, OTP, done.

How to avail the benefit of lounge access with this virtual credit card? Already tried with Dreamfolks. It's ineligible
Used at HP Pay, they charged 1% fuel surcharge, and gave core reward points instead of accelerated rewards.
Update: 2 Days later, the surcharge is refunded and accelerated points have been credited automatically.
For a fuel payment of 1200 through HP pay, 1212 was charged. Later 12 was refunded.
Received 192 reward points from bob and 84 payback points from HP. Net reward 5.75%.
How U Got Additional 84 Points?

No. Loading hp pay will not earn accelerated points. You need to make payment on the hp pay gateway after scanning the code on hp pay app.
