Tapo support is pathetic!
I bought C520 camera for 4300 from Amazon...received defective product. Amazon didn't help as it was mentioned 'replacement by service centre', so no fault of them.
Called Tapo...call connected after waiting 7 mins and they asked to send mail. In mail reply they straightaway refused to replace or do anything at all! And they didn't even reply to any mail after that.
Still trying my luck with Amazon but slim chances.
