Even same with boat, boult, ptron etc. After sale service is poor. They ask you to send the device thru courier with repair charge of 80% cost of what you paid.
Recently my Noise watch which I bought for ₹1200 , asked me to pay ₹900 for repairing its body.

Beware mivi is the worst brand out there if you are going with them forget about after sale service buy it like you buy on road Chinese item chaley toh sham tk type . If you have any doubt dm me i can provide you all the proofs of their after sale service lol . More like after scam service
