They found it better to break the complete site for the whole night rather than letting users order using the discount coupon!! Seems their engineers refused to work during off-hours 
That’s the best way to prevent loots nowadays.
But don’t understand why they create such offers which they can’t fulfill or they can’t speculate the response which I believe would be kind of dumb.

They should really know what their capabilities are before offering a coupon to the customers. This will definitely tarnish their brand value (of both Cred and Supertails) and Supertails will lose any potential customer.
Instead of cancelling everything atleast they should have sent a minimum item to every customer. Cancelling everything and act like it never happened isn’t good at all (Even they asked the courier to return even after it was shipped)
