very true. just check their FB page. Hardly you will find any positive comment.
Pricing errors can happen. But it should be rectified in a day and the necessary action(conveying customer with apology, refund, etc) should be done in next 2-3 days.
Providing any type of compensation totally depend upon that particular ecommerce site. They are not liable to do so. But many do provide 100-200Rs GV as a token of gesture.
