Do they even have accounts on facebook and twitter? Their CSEs are the worst I’ve ever come across. Still waiting for refund of my GCs worth Rs.322 against cancelled orders. yes they hv twitter + facebook have done refund requests many times and got them they send bad products and its a pain to run after them….

last month the sellers sent broken chakla belan, seconds plastic bathroom table which broke into 2 pieces after i sat on it, wrong sized shoes, again wrong bathroom table than the ons shown….

for all these i wrote multiple mails on the website + twitter + facebook and they had to refund it

Those who don’t get the item shout ‘shitclues’ or ‘fakeclues’ but when they get one they never speakup, why?

me too got refund back to my sc account in the form of cluebucks. Refund was for the shopclues gift cards i purchased during 90% off sale.
