How idiotic is that, they credit it to your wallet, rather then crediting back to your bank. And then when you opt to manually transfer to your bank they’re charging you a fee for that, this is terrible shit.

Not saying wrong or right but this is how PayTM works.
If you really needed that money, you must not ordered the products and 99.99% chances were there that this deal was to be cancelled.
But still took chance. Now you are shouting at PayTM for this small money which can be used to pay any bills, recharging mobile etc.

For failed or cancelled orders you dont need to pay extra service charge to transfer yo your bank or card. Go to your ORDERS in account. Click the individual failed or declined order. There you will see a send to bank option. If you use that then it will revert back to the original payment method you used with no additional charges.
Also mine . Cancel the product
if they earn though technical things ,they must be ready for loss through technical error,its part of business..they must deliver the order as amazon n snapdeal does many times when there is price error..plz be together n file a case in consumer court n sue them,our order n transaction no are enough proofs
