Its working for multiple times, if you heve more numbers and one galaxy phone.
Install latest app from playstore, sign in with your 1st number, after got 4 coupons, clear data, force stop and uninstall, then re-install from playstore and signin with different numbers for more coupons.
After received cashback you can transfer to bank account with 1 percent charge if your account is upgraded one, so net profit is 178 rs.
Done this for 4 accounts and doing for more account.
