We knew even before going in that they could legally reverse the payments if they wanted to. The only question was would they do it. They could sort the payments and see who did the heighest and catch the top 100 or 1000.. It has to be done manually. So it is a lot of work.. Anyway if they did then not a big loss. Was not expecting it and it sure will give niki heartburn which is what I wanted..

Never revesed recharge of any internet or schme only balance recharge can put back if balance is exact of recharge is in no.
If balance is less than exact amount or used or convert into other pack no recharge can get reversed

exactly provide proof – further they have sold Re. 1 vouchers in bulk to customers and still selling, so something for niki’s own mistake – they won’t let geniune users (1000s who are not part of dis portal / who missed the loot) face the heat.

Fortunately, I didn’t go for bill payment. I topup Tatasky and recharged all of our Jio phones. Received all of them within 1-10 mins.
