There server is down , i too got my cashback after 15-20 mins.
showing error coupon code is not sufficient
Even I did not get Cashback till now 
Shows coupon balance is not sufficient, not working!
No cb after 1 hours also 
not working in add money or recharge!
May be the max redemption for these coupons are reached, so the error “coupon balance insufficient” i assume.
