yeah atleast 3-5 ltr is required for family of 2-3 persons else 1ltr take around 5-10 mins to fill the bucket.
For family of 4?

Not really, the difference between storage & instant water heaters is mainly about standing loss, in kwh, & you can search for the value here → https://beestarlabel.com/Home/Searchc...reBasically the lower the value, the better the heater. Instant water heaters aren’t rated below 6L probably cause the SL is negligible or not accurately measurable. If you search the BEE site you’ll see that the higher capacities have greater SL & that’s why instant water heaters are arguably better but undeniably more efficient. The reason being that say in a 25L heater you have to heat the entire amount up to a certain temp, you however only end up using 5~15L & cool it with cold water outside, that’s what I & most others do since the heater(s) rarely warm the water perfectly up to our desired temps. So the rest of it is generally wasted, this isn’t the case with say a 3L model as most if not all the water is used up.
P.S. sorry about the mess, will any of the mods clean this up? Just wanted to quote hese & desidude

this isn’t storage type, isn’t it? it’s instant, anyway good offer power draw will be huge
Technically these are storage water heaters, 3L & 1L capacity, but you only get true instant water heaters with gas geysers AFAIK
Choose the right sized water heater/geyser for electricity saving

Bhaisaab 3L & 1L instant heaters are the best, as was discussed above, end of debate
The only time I’d recommend something like a 6L, or above, storage capacity is if you have frequent power cuts &/or need hot water in copious amounts
Bought 1599 model. Guys, can I attach this geyser to my shower? I hate bathing with bucket.
Also, I have chosen COD instead of paying online. Does that increase the chances of cancellation? I’ve ordered kent water purifier last week for 7999 and they cancelled it.
