Just to clear the doubts of others, I’ll share my experience.
1. No Jio offer was shown in my Gpay before.
2. Old Gpay account but never made any txn on Jio so far.
3. Did 498 recharge minus 50rs voucher = 448 paid via Gpay.
4. Instantly received 149 cashback to bank and 2 scratch cards (both worth ₹0)

Guys do recharge of RS.149 or more from my jio app by selecting Google pay upi on Jio app . Ang get rs..149 cashback only . Only if u can see the notification on app while on payment page . Note – I tried it may be not work for you .
