Seems like copy paste reply.
Paytm is just pathetic when it comes to cc.
I really doubt whether they read the queries of customers or they just simply reply with computer generated replies.
Earlier they used to solve query when someone message them on social platform but now they just reply with "write to paytmcare for your concern ".
Now when I write to paytmcare, acknowledgement email of receiving having reference no of complaint does not come and paytm is asking me reference no again and again on Twitter even though I haven’t received the mail from them having reference no.
They just replied pre defined replies

i got my first problem solved which was generated after recharge with only yellow thing cashback not received and code was showing exceed tries now they said try with different device now i tried with different device n now m on ur stage wch is yellow thing stage no detail of cashback….now wrote again to cc lets see…..

I was able to successfully recharged same DTH twice but unfortunately the 3rd code is not working as happening with all.On website it doesn’t show anything but on app it just got highlighted in yellow without any cashback message.
So go ahead and do recharge for same DTH or mobile number.

Since a week. Daily same message guess it is automated. The issue of 3rd promo code solved to anyone ?
No to me they saying your issue resolved after writing to them on mails and Twitter but still code not working.I think they are playing with us.Why not we all file case against Paytm in consumer forum.I am sure they are not going to resolve problem without any action taken against them.Also we all should now boycott Paytm usage.

No. I am opening the ticket and they are closing saying problem resolved however it isn’t. If I share the screenshot they say there is no error in that and if I ask if there is no error then there is no cashback confirmation message too.
Only one guy has confirmed that all 3 codes are working.
