9 of my front load were also cancelled by telling me that they were damaged. Let’s do 1 thing we can create a group and lodge a complaint against Amazon at consumer court that how can the similar item dispatched for different cities damage in transit.
If you paid full price & they canceled then it’s their fault. You got them at 80rs that too 9 Qty. Amazon canceled your order & refunded what you paid. What’s their mistake here so that you want to lodge complaint ? They didn’t allow you to loot them, is that it’s their fault?

Amazon is resorting to Cheap business ethics.
The First customer Support Mr Mandar tells me to reorder the product as it was damaged in shipping. I told him to place a replacement request for the same to which he tells me he is not able to and asked me to place a new order. I told him, That I had ordered the product when it was on deal and now the price is not on deal.
To which he replied " The bottles were weak and so it was on sale " WEAK ? That means they are offloading rejected / quality deficient product as a DEAL.
Then another chat agent Mr Dipu Tells me that it was a PRICE ERROR. I told him many people got their orders to which he had no answer and he was not escalating this issue to the higher authorities.

No criteria for cancellation. It’s all mess up at Amazon. Don’t know when to ship what to cancel what to call back. No rules apply for this kind of deal. Some where it’s getting delivered , somewhere it’s getting recalled and for a person like me it’s showing preparing for dispatch.

Out of which, my 2 surf Excel were cancelled by Amazon,
rest all delivered.
On what basis, they’re cancelling orders?. This is the mystery.

Personally, am happy to score 6 2K ones, 3 fabric conditioners, and 1 4kg one.
Also, 6 more are cancelled which I am not salty about.
