Love this mouse because of its form factor (Perfect fit for my large sized palms - main reason to get this*), very long battery life, build quality and infinite scrolling. I used logi options initially to customize the buttons but i am no longer doing it

For some reason the rubber grip on the wheel goes mushy and bad in an year.
Happened for 2 such mouses I have had (could be use of longterm use of Sanitiser post covid? idk)

Bought in renewed condition at ₹2700 almost 3 years ago from Appario.
It was like new condition but within 9 months it stopped working.
I got it replaced with a new one through service center and that one is still working fine.
However, I am not using it anymore as recently got HyperX Pulsefire for ₹500 so using it as MX 2S is quite costly for daily use.
MX 2S is quite heavy . It takes time to become used to it . Palm starts paining in initial days but when you become used to then you won't feel weight on holding other mouse. It's not for normal daily use.
I'm using it for daily use only. Doesn't bothers at all.
I also have a few Razer and other Logitech G mouse but keep falling back to the mx because it feels and performa whole lot better than others

Using this mouse for 4+ years now. Got it for ₹4500 back then from Paytm. It still works but the plastic body is coming apart. So I bought MX Master 3 some 4 months back for ₹4500 (once again) from Croma (a good deal I’d say). But now the MX master 3 is sitting unused as backup while the 2s continues to work.
Planned obsolescence is real but I don't think electronics last that much lesser now, it's just the ton of features they come with which go bad. My PC continuously stays on and has been running since 3+ years with my Logitech G604 and RK G87 Keyboard (sad that AliExpress doesn't ship to India anymore and equivalent keyboards go 10K+ atleast) continuously on. I use them for atleast 10 hours per day for gaming and work.
My worst experience has been with Razer in peripherals, none lasted more than 6 months. SteelSeries has been the most durable for me.
Logitech gaming mice develop double click issues but I've been lucky so far. Note that MX series doesn't develop double click issues.
Suggestions is MX3S worth double the price?
Also what is the file size that can be copied. Do they differ between the 2 models?

No such limit for file transfer, Videos around 3GB takes 2 minutes to be transferred
