What is the life for tubler vs non tubuler

Non tubler - 1 to 3 years, tubler - 2 to 6 years. Good tubler batteries with less power cut areas will easily last 6 years.
Tall tubler batteries don't provide any particular benefit over short models.
Battery I posted in the link easily fits in the plastic case ordered from Flipkart for around 1k.

Avoid this model and buy a XLL or UL models of the same brand. They have more life and warranty - bought below for almost 9.8k, 2 months back.

That said, this model itself is not bad, its just for 2k extra, one may expect 1 to 2 years of extra battery life.
The one I purchased lasted for 1.5 days for 2 rooms, when I forgot to switch on the power supply to the inverter.
